CrossFit | Fitness
- The CrossFit lesson with movement and variety
- 2 versions RX and RX+
Basic elements and techniques are taught in detail at this level. The pace is generally slower. The workouts are just as intense.
CrossFit | Challenger
- The CrossFit lesson with a little more power and challenges
- 2 versions RX and RX+
In the Challenger level, the requirements are increased, but weights and skills are customized.
There are two versions of the workouts to choose from.
Level: You already have some experience and want to learn and push yourself further
BE STRONG | Kraft und Prävention
- Targeted strength training
- Any level
- Upper body Monday and Friday
- Lower body Wednesday and Saturday
Here you can build and expand your strength base. At this level, we dispense with a conventional CrossFit workout.

CrossFit Kids and Teens
Many studies show the importance of training and movement in the kids age. It supports personal development, social skills and the ability to learn along the way. Kids who workout are more active. CrossFit Jackhammer will take care of that from now on.
Goal 1: measurable improvements of movement, coordination and body sensation.
Goal 2: the kids should get a minimum of one good experience per session
Goal 3: Strength and Endurance will be improved and established.
