The pace is generally slower. The workouts are just as intense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#e02c38\">CrossFit | Challenger<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"block-7540887f-7379-46d2-b9f7-9476b28cfd2d\"><li>The CrossFit lesson with a little more power and challenges<\/li><li>2 versions RX and RX+<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Challenger level, the requirements are increased, but weights and skills are customized.<br>There are two versions of the workouts to choose from.<br>Level: You already have some experience and want to learn and push yourself further<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#01c7f8\">BE STRONG | Kraft und Pr\u00e4vention<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"block-767a7654-d787-49b9-a316-ef5a320efaa7\"><li>Targeted strength training<\/li><li>Any level<\/li><li>Upper body Monday and Friday<\/li><li>Lower body Wednesday and Saturday<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you can build and expand your strength base. It supports personal development, social skills and the ability to learn along the way. Kids who workout are more active. CrossFit Jackhammer will take care of that from now on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goal 1: measurable improvements of movement, coordination and body sensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goal 2: the kids should get a minimum of one good experience per session<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goal 3: Strength and Endurance will be improved and
